At SoHo Gastrobar in Schagen, restocking went from 20 to 10 minutes per restock round.
SoHo Gastrobar is the founder's father's venue. We don't hide that, it's the point: this is where the grabbing at air started, and where the trial year now runs.
For a full year nobody touches the system. No visits, no helping hands: remote management only, exactly as it will be at your venue. Family favours don't help with that.

Who's behind it
Built in the walk-in cooler, not in an office.
FridgeRestock was built by Silver Nieuwenhuizen (17) from Schagen, the Netherlands. Not from an office, but from the floor: at his father's restaurant he restocked the bar fridge himself, with paper notes and photos of handwritten lists.
There had to be another way. So he built it himself: a screen by the walk-in cooler that watches the register live.
FridgeRestock is now an official unTill integration. Through 2026 and 2027 it runs its trial year: a full year at SoHo without anyone touching it. In July 2027, three founding slots open.

Why can't I start now?+
Because FridgeRestock first proves, for a full year, that it runs without anyone touching it. That trial year is running at SoHo Gastrobar now. In July 2027 three founding slots open, in order of the waitlist.
What does it cost?+
€69 per month per location, €149 one-time installation, approx. €200 one-time to unTill for the API module, first month free. Founding rate for the three founding slots. Prices excl. VAT.
What does the first year really cost?+
€149 installation, approx. €200 one-time to unTill for the API module and eleven months at €69 (the first month is free): about €1,100 excl. VAT in total.
Who fixes it if something breaks?+
FridgeRestock runs on a small device in your venue. Management happens remotely: if something breaks, we fix it without anyone having to come by.
Am I tied into anything?+
No. Cancel monthly, no minimum term. The one-time installation is paid once.
Are there costs at my POS vendor?+
For the API connection the POS vendor typically charges a one-time module fee (around €200 at unTill). This is paid by the location.
Is it safe for my register?+
FridgeRestock only reads (sales and product list), writes nothing and doesn't touch how your register works.
What hardware do I need?+
A tablet or screen by the walk-in cooler. Existing equipment can often be reused; we handle the installation.
How long does installation take?+
Half a day, including setting up your product range and stock levels. Installations start in July 2027.
What if the wifi drops?+
The screen keeps the last list and clearly shows the connection is gone. No crash, no blank screen.
Can I adjust stock levels myself?+
Yes, per drink, right on the screen.
Does it work with multiple fridges?+
Yes. The restock list is per fridge: whoever walks into the cooler sees the shortage per fridge.
Who is this not for?+
A small coffee place with one little fridge that gets refilled once a day. FridgeRestock pays off when the rush means restocking continuously from a walk-in cooler or storage.
