FRFridgeRestock
Case · As of October 2026
The trial year in Schagen, in numbers.
Since late August 2026 FridgeRestock has been running at a gastrobar in Schagen. It reads sales live from the unTill POS. A tablet by the walk-in cooler shows the staff what to carry to the bar, sorted by the biggest shortage. Nobody touches it: management is remote only.
- restock rounds
- about 170
- bottles carried to the bar
- about 7,500
- POS lines processed
- 143,849
Measured by the system itself at a gastrobar in Schagen, since late August 2026. As of October 2026.
What it does
- Reads unTill live. Read-only: the POS never notices.
- Lists per fridge what needs to go, biggest shortage on top. Tick off with one tap.
- Measures availability: how long a drink was gone from the fridge, and what that cost.
Why availability matters
An empty fridge never shows up in your POS. You only see what you did sell. A guest who gets no cold beer during the rush orders something else, or nothing. FridgeRestock makes that visible: per drink, how long it was gone, and what that likely cost in sales.
Two ways to start (from 2027)
Set it up yourself, in about 15 minutes
Connect your POS with your own API credentials, pick your drinks and put the list on a tablet. No visit needed.

Where it stands
2026-2027 is the trial year: we sell nothing yet. The first places open in 2027, in waitlist order.
