An estimate, not a measurement
The audit only reads sales patterns. If sales of a drink suddenly stop during the rush, it was probably gone. That is an estimate, not a measurement: real measuring only happens with FridgeRestock in your venue. We use your export only for this audit and delete it afterwards.
