FridgeRestock compared

FridgeRestock deliberately does one thing: keep the fridges full during the rush. Here is how that relates to what you do today, and to the big inventory suites.

Against paper notes and WhatsApp photos

The paper note works, until it goes missing. The photo of a handwritten list works, until nobody knows which version was the latest. And during the rush you grab at air while the crate is right there.

FridgeRestock counts along with every receipt and puts the biggest shortage on top. No busywork, no versions, no guessing. At SoHo Gastrobar a restock round went from 20 to 10 minutes.

Against Backbar, WISK and Apicbase

Those are full inventory suites: counting, cost prices, ordering, reporting. Strong if you want that whole workflow and your team is willing to count.

FridgeRestock is not that. It is the screen by the walk-in cooler that reads live from your unTill register what needs restocking. No counts, no reports, one job. That makes it cheaper, installed in half a day (installations from July 2027).

Running one of those suites next to FridgeRestock? Perfectly fine: FridgeRestock writes nowhere and gets in nobody's way.

When FridgeRestock is not the fit

A small coffee place with one little fridge refilled once a day won't get much out of this. And if you want to automate cost prices and ordering, genuinely look at the suites above.
